Refund Policy

At Island Wellness, we are committed to providing the highest level of chiropractic care and patient satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund for pre-paid services.

1. General Policy

Refunds are available for any unused pre-paid sessions. Refunds are calculated based on the standard single-session rate, not any discounted package rate that may have been applied at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for unused sessions.

  • Once a session has been attended, it is considered used and non-refundable.

  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing (via email or letter) to our clinic’s reception or administrative office.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.

4. Expired Packages

Pre-paid packages must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase (typically 6 or 12 months). Expired packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift vouchers or promotional credits.

  • Products (e.g., supplements, braces, or other retail items) once opened or used.

  • Services purchased through third-party offers or external promotions.

6. Clinic Discretion

We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions in cases of medical necessity or extenuating circumstances.
